Bill Shock Comments Due December 27, Replies Due January 25

The FCC's Proposed Rule on "Empowering Consumers to Avoid Bill Shock; Consumer Information and Disclosure" was published in the Federal Register on Friday, setting the dates when comments and replies will be due. The rule was proposed and discussed during the Commission's October 14 open meeting. Comments on the Proposed Rule are due on December 27, 2010, with replies due on January 25, 2011.
